What types of payments do you accept? TOP
We currently accept Paypal, and Bank Deposit - Please note: Bank Deposit and E-Cheque orders will not be processed/posted until funds have cleared.
How long will it be before my order is posted? TOP
We've always taken pride in our workmanship, Customer Service and being
Efficient.
As Pretty Things Distract Me grows, and grows we are
finding it harder and harder to provide you with an over night turn
around on all the items purchased. All our items are made to order, and
until now, I've been pushing myself to make sure every item is made the
same day as ordered, and posted the following.
But we are in
high demand and we strive for quality items, and if I'm rushing to get
all my orders done, the items are not going to stay as high quality as
I'd prefer. So we've had to increase our turn around time to 7-14 days
from Order to Posting.
This decision did not come easy - I pride
myself on my Fast Customer Service but this change needs to be made.
Of
course, if you're in a rush and need your items ASAP, please don't
hesitate to email me admin@prettythingsdistractme.com.au and ask about
Rush Ordering - we may be able to get your item out faster if we know
there's a need for it to arrive quickly.

Why is postage so expensive? TOP
Postage prices are out of our control. We have had a few parcels go missing in the past, so we now only use Express Satchels to post our orders.
As of 28th June, 2010, Australia Post is increasing their prices for express bags to $8.40.
Can I order a custom Bow? TOP
Of course! Email us a picture of the outfit you wish to accessorise and we'll do our best to match it. If we don't have a colour or print that you require we will hunt it down for you. Please also note that all custom orders can and possibly will become a regular part of our stock. If you don't want this to occur, please let us know.
Do you offer local pick up? TOP
Absolutely! If you're in our local area, pleas select Bank Deposit when ordering, and email me for information on how to pay. Local Pick up is free and so is a local drop off service.
Can I rush my order? TOP
Rush orders, while possible, will soon incur a $5 fee due to such a high demand for Pretty Things Distract Me products.
Do you accept International Orders? TOP
Yes! Of course! Every household should have PTDM items, whether it be in Australia or not! Please email me on the address below, to request a total for over sea's postage.

Do you lay-by? TOP
We pride ourselves on offering fabulous customer service, and in the
past, this hasn't included lay-by's.
Now, we are able to offer
you a lay-by service that's fast, painless, and easy for everyone
involved! As we've heard in the past, when lay-by's are set up,
sometimes customers don't follow through with their promises, so we
thought of a way to make sure everyone is happy!
For our lay-by's
simply email us with your chosen items you wish to lay-by and we will
organize a payment plan subscription through Paypal for you.
We'll
redirect you to our Custom Purchases page, where you'll find your name
and a Paypal button - here all you do is click on the Paypal button and
follow the prompts. Once you've signed up, over a six week period
Paypal will take your weekly payment straight from you paypal - no need
for you to remember to make a payment - it's already done for you! How
easy is that?!
Our lay-by prices will always include postage,
so there's nothing else to pay once it's paid out - six weeks is all it
takes!
We are not monsters - if you are having trouble coming up
with your payment for that week, we'll quite happily sort something out -
but we need contact!!! Also, please remember that once you miss a
payment through your Paypal Subscription, your subscription is
automatically cancelled through Paypal - and your already paid funds
will be returned to you, minus a 20% cancellation fee.
This fee
covers the administration work that we do for the lay-by's, cancelling
your products and returning items already made to the shelf.
